Thank you for your interest in Poulet Bleu. Due to staffing shortages, we are only able to accept event requests for full restaurant buyouts Tuesday-Saturday during regular business hours. Our multi-level space accommodates groups up to 70. We encourage you to check back in the spring for availability on booking our second-floor dining room for smaller group events.
